REVISIONS

One (1) rounds of revisions are included with all orders, free of charge. The first round of revisions are any changes you have after receiving the first proof. The second round of revisions are any changes you make after seeing the second proof. A third proof will be provided and if you have any changes after this, you may purchase additional revisions for $5, and $5 for each round after that. To avoid paying additional revision costs, please review your information very carefully when submitting initially and receiving your first proof to be sure it's exactly the way you want. While we do our best to help you proof your items, it is ultimately your responsibility. Have your friends and family proof if you need to as well to help avoid having mistakes on your final items. 

RETURNS or REFUNDS

The only circumstances in which we accept returns on printed, custom items are one of the following:

  • The item printed by us does not match the proofs that you have approved
  • There is a printing mistake, such as you requested rounded corners on your cards and your order came with square

If one of the above items has occurred we will REPRINT the defective item and will ship it to you. 

We are unable to accept any return or refund because the colors on your screen for either proofs or on our website, do not match your printed stationery. Colors appear differently on every monitor. We will offer reprints at a discounted rate if you are unhappy with your colors and would like to have them reprinted.

Instant Download or personalized orders all sales are final and non-refundable

CANCELLATIONS

Order can only be cancelled within the first 2 hours of payment if the first proof has not been received. If you do choose to cancel within the first 2 hours of payment, we will fully refund your order to the card on which it was paid within 1 business day.

If you chose to rush your proof, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

CUSTOMER APPROVED PROOF MISTAKES

While we do our best to help proof your invitation during the design phase, you are ultimately responsible for proofing your items. Once you approve the proofs we have your permission to print the items regardless of if there are text mistakes, errors, missing information or where the error originated from. This includes spacing, layout and product design.

If you do find an error that was approved in the final design, contact us immediately and we will work with you to fix and reprint the item at a discounted rate.

  1. your order number
  2. a brief description of the problem
  3. a photo illustrating the issue
